We want you to love your NeoWave pieces.
Returns
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
We only accept returns for the following reasons:
• Defective item (broken seam, damaged fabric, etc.)
• Wrong item received
• Quality issue noticed upon delivery
Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original packaging
• With tags still attached
Size-Related Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size guide available on each product page before placing your order. It is the customer's responsibility to choose the correct size.
Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Items returned due to wrong size chosen by the customer
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective.
